You will find the newly refurbished Balmoral Hotel located in the best central position on the promenade. We love our panoramic views over the Irish Sea and in the evening, we’ve got the best sunsets. Ideal for all your adventures in Blackpool, we are in close proximity to all the major attractions and the tram stop is just across the road. The Balmoral is a 5 minute stroll from Blackpool's Central Pier, 12 minutes walk from Blackpool Tower and 25 minutes walk from the Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
Now under new ownership the Balmoral has moved into its next chapter with a strong spell of investment and run by an experienced team of staff who know how to deliver the best customer service and want to be part of your story.
Our 8th line down for modern, stylish bedrooms are all en-suite, flat screen tv’s, complimentary tea/coffee and free WiFi. Our sea view lounge is the perfect place to chill out and enjoy a drink from our well stocked bar. We invite you to dine in our restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner, help yourself to all your favourites dishes.

ok but please train your staff on some basic customer service
Room was nice and warm bed comfortable plenty of hot water, breakfast service not that good we were not told that we had to book breakfast from the night before so our breakfast was basic as they run out of most items on the menu
The desk person /receptionist on arrival was not very helpful kept saying that's not my job just helping out insisting that we contacted booking.com when we were trying to book in, every question we asked he kept referring us to the website we booked, that I found very frustrating after a long journey from London to Blackpool

Lovely friendly hotel . The cold showers left a bad taste
The property was really clean , the room was ideal size for me and my partner and the bar area was good sized .
Sadly didn’t have a warm shower all weekend , we reported it twice but no warm water
